A software company in the highly competitive Health Care arena wanted to take their relationship with key clients to a higher level. So they established an annual road show – spending a day educating those clients on industry challenges and forecasts, sharing their development plans, new enhancement time-frames, etc.

For the past 5 years I have been their opening speaker setting the tone for the day – preparing their client mentally and emotionally. Because when you increase involvement you increase acceptance, follow through and partnerships. In 2010 when most companies are struggling my client’s customer relations reputation is enabling them to grow by 75% this year.

Another client was positioned for growth but faced major change management challenges. We traveled to various locations engaging and facilitating key constituents in various aspects of the strategy planning process. After 9 months the plans and the new alignment structure was fully embraced. Two years later they have 87% of the plan implemented and revenues are tracking ahead of forecast.
